Common questions

How do I dispute a charge?

Email support@atlais.com with the date, merchant name, and the amount you're disputing. Atlais does not process charges on its own books — your card statement shows the real merchant's name, and the dispute is handled through your card issuer's standard process. We can help locate your order history, cancel open orders, and coordinate with the merchant if needed.

How do I cancel an order?

Message Atlais on WhatsApp with "cancel my last order" or "cancel order #<number>". If the order hasn't shipped yet, Atlais reaches out to the merchant on your behalf. If the merchant has already shipped, the cancellation becomes a return and we'll walk you through the merchant's return policy.

How do I delete my data?

Email support@atlais.com from the email address associated with your account and request deletion. We remove all conversation history, payment session records, and authorization data within 30 days. See our privacy policy for the full details.

How do I change my authorization limits?

Message Atlais on WhatsApp with "show my authorizations" to see every active spending limit. You can revoke any authorization at any time by tapping the revoke button, or by messaging "revoke authorization #<id>". Revocation takes effect immediately — Atlais cannot make any new purchases under a revoked authorization.

I didn't receive an order I paid for.

Email us with the order number (Atlais includes it in the confirmation message it sent you) and we'll contact the merchant immediately. If the merchant can't locate the order or delivery, we'll help you file a chargeback with your card issuer. You're always protected by your card's purchase protection regardless of how the order was placed.

Is Atlais a real company?

Yes. Atlais is operated as a personal services business headquartered in the United States. We accept that a chatbot might feel unfamiliar for financial transactions — we publish our verification credentials at api.atlais.com/.well-known/ucp-agent and /agent-card.json so merchants and payment networks can verify our identity cryptographically. You're never paying Atlais directly — your card charges flow to the real merchant via Google Pay.
